Those correspond to
Angle in degrees
Mil (angular mils - used in artillery and could be in fireworks)
Percentage of the quadrant (7 degrees is 12 percent of 90)
rise in 1 unit, at 7 degrees the rise in one foot is 1/8 unit, I do not
remember if that is one unit of slope or base
