Dear Pat,
There is different sanitation in the largest cities in Brazil: Sao Paulo,
where the work gets done (OK for Business), Rio de Janeiro, where the Fun
gets done (Low-beaches, etc) and Brasilia, where Nothing gets done
(Sterile-Government)
