[SML] H&S Contracts?

Hi All,

 

Been gone from the list for a little while due to some problems with my
previous ISP, and ultimately a change of service providers.

 

Have a question that came up at the college where I work.  I've been tasked
to work with our Risk Management department to develop some new safety
policies for our Production students on practicum when we work on outdoor
events and/or events that take place on non-college property.  We do a
number of events each year with community partners, and a recent policy
review found we were lacking in formal policies for things like inclement
weather, site safety, etc. for sites that the college does not own.

 

My question to everyone on-list, is this:

 

Does anyone, professional or academic, have any kind of language in their
contract or a specific contract or agreement for safety policies?
Specifically, do you have some kind of written documentation that describes
what is expected of the client and what the client can expect of you?

 

If any one would be willing to share this info with me, I would be very
appreciative.
