Go to <http://tsp.esta.org/tsp/documents/published_docs.php <http://tsp.esta.org/tsp/documents/published_docs.php>> and download E1.21-2013 Temporary Structures Used for Technical Production of Outdoor Entertainment Events <> ( It’s free) It’s an ANSI Standard, not a contract, but will give you the foundation for developing plans and procedures for outdoor events. You can work up a contract from there.
The Event Safety Guide <http://eventsafetyalliance.org <http://eventsafetyalliance.org/>> is also a good resource (not free).

We do a number of events each year with community partners, and a recent policy review found we were lacking in formal policies for things like inclement weather, site safety, etc. for sites that the college does not own.
