[SML] Relays vs. Traditional Circuit Breakers for LED Power.

OK, relays (err contactors) for blocks of breakers and not individual breakers, that is more practical.
What is the "inrush" current of the instruments you plan on using, how many lamps per circuit breaker, how many circuit breakers (total), and will you have have designers capable of not exceeding the breakers rated ampacity during power-up of the instruments?
The only time I would be concerned would be right after a power outage and full power would restored to ALL the instruments at one time with breakers loaded to capacity.
Seems to me there was a sold out stadium in St Louis that had this problem (never found out how they corrected the problem but they were down to emergency lights while their cold strike lamps had to cool). Bad analogy but a maxed out system trying to charge ALL the power supplies could continuous keep re-tripping.
