[SML] "Dimmer" Is this too good to be true?

I've been using www.aliexpress.com for some time now.  They've been 
working to weed out the counterfeits and flakes, but still look at ratings.

Also, all sales are escrow so the seller doesn't get paid until you're 
happy.
