[SML] Atomizer for micro fog effects

The problem with methods that don't use heat, is that the smoke tends to fall rather than rise.
One method I used, was bazed on an electronic cigarette system. Specifically, i used a drip-type atomizer, and drilled out the air hole to make it much larger. Then I added a tiny squirrel cage type fan to bloq into it.
