[SML] Fire hoses was Re: Cell phone lasers

when we had our sprinkler system installed a few years ago,
the designer had hoses at either side of proscenium...
as required by (IIRC) State-level code.

in discussing with local FD AHJ about best placement,
he chose to eliminate them and signed off the waiver on the drawing...
said his guys wouldn't use them, they'd use their own gear.

(BTW, we were not required by AHJ to install Sprinkler, it was on my
initiative)
