And living here in sunny Ithaca  there are many people that have a “blue light” that they use from about 
Oct 15 until May (once the lake effect clouds roll in for the year) to treat their SAD (seasonal affect disorder).  
Also you should where blu-blocker lenses (sunglasses) if using your computer at night (or even watching TV) before you sleep.  

Of course, some of us fall asleep anywhere….but that’s likely a different discussion…..
