[SML] OSHA on Grids

Hypothetically speaking - An OSHA inspector shows up at your theater.  They
want to inspect the grid.  Assuming you have a pretty typical grid, in good
clean condition, what are they going to find and object to? Thinking
specifically about the openings in the wells and they would want fall
protection around the wells.
