[SML] Mock SM portfolio reviews...

Thanks to everyone on- and off-list that offered suggestions for SMs
interviewing at universities and unifieds.  Much appreciated.  Mostly the
same info as we already drill them on, but so nice to hear it from other
pros... the students really appreciate it.
