What about a pre-stretched wire that Tink is pulled along? The power
could be on-board battery that's activated when Tink is pulled off the
HOME position and then it goes into auto twinkle. One end of the wire
could be moved side to side in an arc to hold the wire taunt but allow a
more wandering path.
The pull cord would need some sort of carriers so it didn't sag.
Or Tink could have a small drive motor and just drive itself along the
wire until it hit the PARK position where it would shut down.
No wireless control needed but could be added for twinkle/speed control.
