I concur on all the above titles. Chris Higgs has a couple of good
books out as well (available I believe from Uncle Bill) but written
from the British point of view.

And there's the little yellow "Handbook For Riggers" from the
folks up in Calgary, which is primarily crane rigging but still very
useful info.
