[SML] Fire effect onstage

Hello everyone,

I an doing a production of "Gettting Out" by Marsha Norman.  The
character of Arlie needs to accidentally set her sleeve on fire.  I
believe there is a liquid that magicians use that burns relatively
cool for their fire effects.  Does anybody know of this or have
performed this play before and can give some incite on how to
accomplish this.
