If you have touring shows coming through a lot, then a page with directions to the nearest local useful stores and resources.  Hardware store, pharmacy, doc in a box, er, food delivery and catering, laundromat, and so on.

Subject: Re: [SML] Theater Tech Website

We're revisiting this as we re-do our (overall) website.

We have a Tech Spec document (26 pages, for 3 venues), that list the space details/dimensions, and technical equipment for each venue, other equipment available from general building stock, power hook up list, list of other charges for _______ (not what the cost is, but there is a cost for piano tuning, power hook up, Followspot use).  A drawing of each space.

As we expand to the bigger/better website, this document will remain, but we'll also include more jpgs / pdfs of images of the various configurations of each venue (pit up/down, choir loft forward or back, small stage/ full stage, how it looks with different video screens in different locations).

Don't list it as a FAQ, but the website should be able to answer most of a client's first round of questions ("will this space work for my show?"), so that you don't need to answer all the same questions over and over again.

Keep the policies to a minimum, or at least list the big ones by title (No smoking in building, no Haze in building, only staff may operate fly system/consoles, client may operate consoles with approval of TD).
