Hi Brock -
you should post this also to the QLab forum list, and when you do,
please include info on the version of QLab you are using (2 or 3, plus
revision number) as that will help focus the answer.
(That said, Rob has identified the usual suspects.)

If you are dipping your toes into the QLab stream though, the QLab
list is a great source of info and help.
