I am disturbed by the news that some of the performers are suing the venue.  I know lawyers go after anyone with money but I just can't fathom how anyone can think they can pin a carabiner failure on the venue unless it was provided by venue.  I wish the filing lawyers in this case to be held liable for the court costs.
