[SML] Event Scheduling Software

We have used EMS (not a fan at all) and EBMS. I prefer EBMS, but it is a big program.

Currently we use EMS for room bookings, Rental Point for inventory control and use propared as needed for time lines.

My major issue with EMS is the lack of any noticeable and real inventory management. Also, the schedule option is messy. It organizes by the hour only, so it gets out of order if the midnight line is crossed.

I've found several that can take care of the room booking part, but I would like something that I can put a more detailed schedule into, and get all the (basic) tech info (ex we'll have a presenter using powerpoint followed by a panel discussion with 4 people). Does that exist? Any software people like more than others?
