Well depends on what you have to spend.

EMS was mentioned, but our version is "lite" and it only works on 
Windows and only on local area networks.  In today's environment you 
should look at cloud based, browser interfaced solutions.

Take a look at Planning Center On-line.  Initially just for Run of Show, 
they've expanded into all sorts of event and facility management 
modules.   The folks a Renewed Vision have been really busy over the 
past couple of years.   They can do RoS, schedule musicians, post music, 
schedule volunteers, as well as rooms and equipment.  Track 
patrons/members and on and on.
