I'll second the use of homosote or substitute, though it's pretty
messy stuff to cut and work with. If you lay it down after your
platforms are in place so the seams don't overlap the ply seams, that
helps as well. Using fiberglass insulation on the underside (stapled
between your toggles/stiles) will also go a long way in dampening
sound, especially if the area underneath is enclosed. It doesn't take
anything fancy, the cheapest R-value available works just fine.
