Should have guessed, they replied with several ways I can change/reset 
my password.  Of course that's not at all the problem.

I replied that the human should find someone who knows what the security 
key is, and if they don't know, then find someone else!

Maybe I'll find someone with a clue.  Probably not, but I remain hopeful.
