[SML] PVC socket cap

I did some more searching and DING, found plastic bulkhead fittings that
will work. I wasn't originally thinking of these as I thought all caps
were rounded. Then I found the "socket caps" which give a nice flat
surface but then forgot to go back to bulkhead.
