[SML] PVC socket cap

It is my understanding that PVC is only rated for liquids under pressure, ABS has a gas pressure rating.  The failure modes are very different.

I found out the flat socket caps aren't pressure rated.  :(  
They're apparently for capping off vent pipes or something.
So, looks like a 2" coupling and a reducing bushing.  At least they're not expensive.  Just bigger than I had hoped.
