[SML] Summer maintenance lists

go through all your electrical cables.  Inspect jacket for nicks, 
slices, cuts, crushes and other damage.    replace dodgy connectors. 
Open up the connectors, verify correct wiring, tighten any loose screws. 
  Fresh batteries in test gear.   Test the fire curtian.   Invite your 
local fire department for a tour, with focus on the special aspects of 
fire fighting in a theater space.
Replace all fall arrest harnesses.  Practice your fall arrest rescue 
scenarios with fire department and staff. Check and repair/replace all 
personal protective equipment.
Train/retrain house staff on crowd management and evacuation.
Restock your fastener stock.  Sort out the junk box full of random 
hardware and put things away properly.
