[SML] pigment follow-up

  My thanks to the many responders to my question. This is exactly why I've enjoyed this this listerv for so long, and why I require my stagecraft students to follow it every year.
  We have gathered enough base information for the campus Environmental Health & Safety staff to find what they need. They're working on a plan to remove the pigments and the bins over the summer so that we can reclaim and re-work our paint room.
