Any LARGE electrical distributor will have access to dimmable remote controlled, even over power line, light fixtures (led).
I just looked up Home Depot and Phillips came up with an A19 retrofit with a wall dimmer surface mount plate combo. (I'll bet that it is a non-addressable common talk system). The only other problem is dealing with large facility mains transformer isolation issues (transmitters can only talk to fixtures on the same phase of the same transformer)
No color options with this item. There has to be others. But this one does NOT need an electrician.
