[SML] Scene shop lighting

High bay Florescents. Just had some put in this summer here at my work and they really light up the place and use less power. We tried LED for it, but, it seemed just a bit too harsh.

Our facilities department is looking to replace the 400w metal halide fixtures in our shop with LED's.
Any particular recommendation for either retrofit mogul screw base lamps OR new fixtures?
Ceiling is 27' high.  Color temp is less of a concern (there's a separate paint shop).
