[SML] Posting delays

Here is the portion of the header where it seems the delay occurred. The total header is perhaps 10x longer, so I felt I should trim it for the list. In reality, I don't understand 99% of it.  But, perhaps someone else on the list will understand it more. My last message to the stagecraft list was delayed for over 2 days.

Anyone else getting these delays?  Any ideas about how to avoid the delay?
