[SML] Security: Active shooter

My wife is an HR manager at WalMart and they(Wal Mart) require all employees, world wide, to watch a short video covering the ADD method of dealing with an active shooter type of event.  Then they have to take and pass (90% or better) a short quiz.  The emphasis is of course on the avoid, deny with defend(fight) as a last resort.
