[SML] Chain Hoist connectors

Switchcraft are rated to 125 V AC, while Neutrik are rated for less than 50 volts. I also see shops using 3-pin XLR for the local pickle control, but by doing that there is no ground connection, and I doubt they're using the Shell for it.
