I h"ad to go to the Postal Orifice today to argue a refund, the people
in front of me seem to be a good example of helpless. "Oh, I have to
put an address on the box?", etc.

The supervisor wasn't any more help. THEY didn't scan in a package on
the 20th correctly so the first scan was the sorting center on the night
of the 20th. It was a Next Morning delivery that wasn't delivered until
the 23rd. They claim that since I can't prove it was shipped before 3pm
on the 20th, they will count that as being shipped on the 22nd so the
23rd delivery makes sense.

But...but...but...your own scan shows it was in the sorting center on
the 20th, the LATEST it should have been delivered is the 22nd. So far
like talking to Jello.
