Call Da-lite and find out if they are under warranty and how much it 
would cost to repair them.  IIRC, Da-lite had a lifetime warranty on 
ordinary wear and tear items, and busted latches should fall under that. 
  It doesn't cover the damage after an intoxicated punter falls through 
it though.
