Depends on what type of show you're running. Theatrical, lecture, concert (pick a genre), etc.

Hi everyone.

What are everyone's go-to colours for busking live shows when you have LEDs in the rig? What do you want in your inventory/colour palettes?

I purchased ColourSource units last year, and am working on updating the house patch with pre-made colour palettes. I've made palettes with a bunch of Rosco colours, but to reduce the options, what would be the top 5 - 10 - 12 LED colours you want easy access to with the palettes?

Lee or Rosco, doesn't matter to me (I'm not familiar with Lee).

(what I'm thinking is palettes 1 - 100 are the corresponding Rosco colours, palettes 150 - 200 would be some Lee colours, and CP 301 and up would the top colours to have for busking purposes).

1 palette each for the R, G, and Blu of the LED; 1 palette each for the Secondary colours; and beyond that?
I'm considering a group of palettes for the pastels as well. Thoughts on that?
(or am I overthinking it all?)

Thanks.
