[SML] Spring Pin remove/insert tool for Coupler Clamps

Hi All,
Anyone know the proper tool I need to allow me to remove the spring pin in
these clamps? And, perhaps more importantly, re-insert the pin once I've
replaced the stripped bolt and wing nut?
I've looked up "Rolled Pin Puller Tool" and the results are all over the
place.
