[SML] audio module

I've got an application using a bunch of the little $2 audio playback
modules.  The software that converts the audio files into the required
.ad4 format is a Windows command line program and really only likes
older versions of Windows (runs fine in Wine).

Anyway, is there a GUI version that I could hand off to other people to
use?  Just some sort of simple Windows converter that outputs the
required 16 bit mono .ad4 files.
