[SML] Folding chair rental questions--

SUNY Fredonia purchased about 2000 non-folding plastic very heavy wire
stacking chairs for use at the field house commencement.  They each had
welded on "hooks and receivers" that allowed them to be ganged. Regardless,
the AHJ requires each them to be zip-tied at 3 points upon setup.  They
stack about 20 chairs to a cart and they are stored in the services complex
warehouse between uses. Sorry I don't have a photo. They have been in use
for at least 15 or more years with good success.  I can suss out the vendor
if you ask me to.
