[SML] 14" fluorescent tubes?

I have an old 12 channel EDI Scrimmer board that has the multi colored translucent faders that light up when the board is plugged in and powered up. Problem is it doesn’t currently have the fluorescent tubes in it, and they would appear to be 14”, not 15. Finding 14” tubes has turned out to be a challenge, so does anyone here know where I might find some?
