  You wan't find such a conversion (to my knowledge).  The Pantone folks 
use a specifically tuned light source and a spectrometer to classify the 
colors by their reflective emission.  So attempting to colorize something 
that you don't know the spectrographic reflectivity of by changing the 
color of the light will be a trial-and-error process.

 There is a pantone-to-web colors converter, which might get you close 
combined with some of the manufacturers data from consoles and the like.
