[SML] FCC Stuff/Mic System Upgrade

For the real digital mics (shure/Sennheiser) , they are using the same
frequencies as the analog ones, but you can fit more mics in the same
freqency space, so if an old mic needed 20mhz, the new ones can put 4 mics
in that same space

Watch out for line 6 mics as they are either 2.4 or 5.0 mhz and wifi takes
them out
