[SML] Titles

Hello,
    We are in the process of revisiting and revamping titles and structures of our Technical Directors.
    Where I work we have been two technical directors with equal duties and responsibilities.
Now they want to  redo things.
     For a total of three but, with one in charge of the other two. Basically still equal in the ability to work independently and get things done on their own. 
     What is the current way of titling these folks. 
     We have to be able to load in, set up, run, strike and load out, maintain, inventory, and repair electrical,  lighting, audio, stages, arena and theater rigging, truss and motors, projectors and computers. Build sets and props and paint. Negotiate contracts. Maintain theater building and equipment. Receive and ship equipment with vendors. Deal with patrons, clients and talent.

      Where I work ideas of what to title these folks are:
Technical Director with two Theater Technicians
Sr. Technical Director and two Technical Directors
Technical Director II and two Technical Director I's.
   
      What other things would you call them (in polite company)? Why?
 I am indifferent other than to advertise these properly and get the right people for the positions.
