[SML] Titles

Perhaps what you will have is an Director of Operations or a Manager of
Operations or an Operations Manager or something like that at the tip of
the iceberg overseeing the other two folk who would  then be  Production
Managers or simply Technical Directors without suggesting Senior/Junior or
I /II or any other arbitrary delineation. Simpler is better.  What is more
important than the title is the actual job description clearly and
unequivocally written the defines  ACTUAL responsibilities, limitations and
 expectations.
