For the Philips Hue bulbs, there's no simple off-the-shelf solution that
I've found, but something can be put together.

Works with OLA (Open Lighting Architecture, great software). It can be
installed on a Raspberry Pi and a self-contained converted box created.
Does require basic knowledge of Linux and tinkering.

Windows software with a very difficult to read website, I'm not exactly
sure what this software does, but buried inside all that text are
instructions on controlling Philips Hue and some other brands. Don't know
if/how you could integrate it into a traditional console or show structure.

I haven't personally done either of these yet, but I may get around to
trying the first.
