I was using Duron, 5 gallon of flat black to 1 gal of DTM (Direct To Metal) Gloss and 1 gal of water.
I now skip the water and use the Sherwin Williams equivalent. I use whatever for productions, but whatever was used for our 2014 musical floor paint keeps showing through both with wear and tape removal. I am due to do a full replacement of the hardboard.

1” square drive screws. 1 in each corner and 2’ spacing around the perimeter. I use a nickel for spacing. In the summer they shut the air conditioning off so I typically have to add a screw or two in the center to pull down any bubbling.

I originally put down plastic because I wasn’t 100% sure it was staying and I wanted to be able to pull it up and not have to refinish the floor. If I did it again I wouldn’t bother. I don’t have plastic underlayment on the removable pit cover. There are a few marks but I ran a strip of gaff under each seam. Again I wouldn’t bother if I were to do it again.

Nope, I do have the dancers tape seams that they feel might be an issue but don’t have any issues.
