I would strongly recommend avoiding said Facebook group, which Figure 53
support does not monitor, and instead joining the official QLab user group,
http://groups.google.com/group/qlab

The biggest benefit, aside from being able to get answers right from the
source, and not being subject to the quirks of Facebook's algorithm as far
as what subset of posts you may or may not see, is that, well-meaning as
they may be, users in the Facebook group often offer misguided advice based
on bad or out of date practices or simple misunderstandings.Without Figugre
53 folks there to point those out, you're on your own for sorting out the
good advice from the bad. Not to mention that there are a ton of incredibly
smart and helpful QLab users on the official group who are not on the
unofficial Facebook group, and you miss out on their help!

That all said, what you're looking for is to assign a MIDI message to be
sent when the scene is recalled on the DiGiCo, and to set an explicit MIDI
trigger for the cue you want that message to trigger in the Triggers tab
for that cue in QLab. More can be found here:
https://figure53.com/docs/qlab/v4/general/the-inspector/#the-triggers-tab

Good luck,
Andy
(who used to be part of the support team for QLab, but is now the
production sound engineer at the Claire Tow Theatre at Lincoln Center,
among other gigs :o)
