[SML] FOH hang and focus safety improvement needed

I recall that my High School had a catwalk system where the lights were clamped onto a pipe about 1ft off the floor of the catwalk. I certainly spent a lot of time crawling around and adjusting lights.  Though, actually moving a light to a new location was a two-man job, and very rarely done.   So, a catwalk system doesn't have to eat up a lot of ceiling height.
