I would look at the etc prodigy system

once of the advantages of the ETC Prodigy system  is that it is essentially
a dead hang, all the horizontal loads are handled by the backplane which is
a compression tube, so as long as you can find a way to support the
backplane you are good

I suspect you could install the machinery above the ceiling which would
leave you with a very low profile install

They are also available with integrated plug in strips and cable management

paired with a little giant for final focus, this could be an easy solution
