Seconding what Stephen said:

BMD Hyperdecks which have two disk slots and can store as much as you're 
will to pay for in SSD disks.  They probably the least expensive of 
solid state recorders other than DIY, computer based ones.   There are 
some quirks with Black Magic that keep their costs down.  The units ship 
with no disks, but also have no power switch nor do they come with their 
power cords.   The units don't hold up well to abuse so rental houses 
eschew them.   But put them in a rack and treat them kindly they work well.

A number of the streaming encoders will also record at the same time as 
they stream.  I use a Matrox unit for streaming.  It will either do 2 
streams or 1 stream and one recording.

Also most streaming services will save your stream in an online archive, 
but any hicups in the stream means there will be gaps in that recording.
