If labor is available, iron it? Or try stretching it then using something
like a costumer¹s steamer? A little heat might help.  It won¹t stretch
with H2O in the same way a natural material might but if you¹re not sure
if it is 100% poly or not, e.g. if it¹s really a poly/cotton blend, a
Hudson sprayer with the hottest water you can manage might do the trick
after it¹s stretched.
