I was just told the news embargo has been lifted.   
Advanced Lighting Productions and Services ( ALPS )has been accquired by 4WALL.   We are now 4WALL Boston.  I've been with ALPS for twelve years.   Just now I got the offer letter for my job with the new company.     Which even though they said nobody was being laid off, was still kinda stress relief. 
Hoping for the best with the new company, but there will inevitably be bumps in the road.
