[SML] Pnuematic/Air Brake System

Looking for options to make an air brake system for a 5' x 10' wagon with scenery and actors on it.  Right now I'd estimate the load to be 1200 to 1500 lbs.  

I know there are some high dollar options, but I'd need to be able to do this on a tight budget.

Anyone have a design they'd like to share?  Ideas?
